FOR ALL SHIPPING DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF CANADA Lost and Found Freight Liquidator will ship to any country that the item is legally allowed to be exported to. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY FOR THE SUPPLY OF EXPORT DOCUMENTATION. This documentation fee of $10 (minimum) will only apply IF the item or combination of up to 6 (six) different items takes more than 10 minutes of our time to put the proper documentation together correctly. Keep in mind as well, there may be local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc. which may be charged to you by your local state and regulatory agencies once it arrives in your country. Those types of fees are not charged or collected by Lost and Found Freight Liquidator and cannot be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. Also please be aware that due to Canada Post Regulations we can only put a maximum of 6 (six) items in a combined shipping container that is being exported to the USA. If you win more than 6 separate items, then more shipment boxes will be required, and each will ship separately with its' own tracking and insurance. We will advise you of the shipping configuration before we ship.
SALES TAX NO TAX Charged on Shipments to USA or other countries, quite simply, we do not collect or charge taxes on any goods shipped to destinations outside of Canada. SHIPMENTS TO ANYWHERE IN CANADA: We are required to collect sales tax on all auction items and shipping charges with a delivery address in any Province or Territory in Canada. The tax rate is based on the rates applicable to each Province or Territory.

Lost and Found Freight Liquidator sells wholesale merchandise to large volume resellers and our auctions are not intended for retail customers. Buyers must remember that a wholesale liquidation center is vastly different than a retail facility. Our merchandise comes from many unique and diverse sources. Over 80% of our items are lost freight, the balance is made up of a mixture of manufacturer over runs, discontinued models, corporate bankruptcy, open box, customer returns, scratch and dent, and some consignment goods. Often these items are in perfect or even in new condition but some items may have issues. Because of the diverse nature of our product we often know very little about the items we sell. It is equally difficult for us to know for certain if the merchandise is complete (with all its' accessories) or if every option functions perfectly. Lost and Found Freight Liquidator is unable to spend time testing and checking each item beyond a casual observation of the physical condition and, in some cases, whether or not the unit powers on (if it is electrical). Despite any and all observations by our employees, your product may not be what you expected or it may have issues beyond what was observed. Please carefully consider this information and bid accordingly. Liquidation merchandise may not be appropriate for everyone. There is always a potential for uncertainty with the items being auctioned. The winning bidder agrees that this is an 'as is' auction and therefore no warranty is expressed, intended or implied.
FEEDBACK Positive feedback is left automatically when payment is received for an item. We will expend every effort to treat you just like we like to be treated. Why not, eh! SHIPPING DESCRIPTION
Shipping in Canada or the USA, is calculated by the eBay shipping widget for single items. Insurance is required for"2 New Bottles of 32 oz Triple ARTHOJOINTFLEX ". We ship via the least expensive unless otherwise specified by you. We will combine for shipping purposes, assuming that putting smaller items into a larger box can be done without affecting the integrity of the other item(s). For instance, we don't advise putting liquids or fragile items in with larger bulkier items, unless YOU give us the OK to do so. If we ship via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, or CanPar, there is no limit on the number of pieces we can ship in one "combined order", whereas if we use Canada Post, generally speaking and within reason, each item may get shipped separately unless we think we can get your other items all into the same shipping box. Regardless of what you win, we will always put as many items into one box as possible so long as none of the items will crush, destroy or otherwise harm the integrity of any other item in the same shipping container. We use a bit of common sense to ensure your items arrive in the exact state of condition they were in when we packed them.
CANADA CANADA: We ship via Expedited Parcel or Xpress Post. Shipping includes Tracking Number and Insurance. FOB In some instances where you have won numerous auctions and your total is one skid lot or more, then Lost and Found Freight Liquidator will allow the buyer to arrange for local pickup via the freight carrier of their choice. Auction winner must also make arrangements to have the shipment inspected for damage or missing items before it is loaded onto your specified carrier and leaves our facilities.
LOCAL PICK UP (LPU)
Lost and Found Freight Liquidator offers LPU at our Brantford, ON warehouse. The times we are open for LPU will be noted on your invoice. All items that you want to pick up on LPU for must be paid for in CASH ONLY and the payment must include applicable Ontario taxes and Pick up fees of $5 for the 1st item and $2 per additional item picked up at the same time and on the same invoice. Taxes are applied to the item and the LPU Fees.
COMBINED SHIPPING Lost and Found Freight Liquidator offers realistic combined shipping on multiple purchases that can save our customers a great deal of money. The process of combining shipments is difficult due to the extreme variation of the products that we sell (which range vastly in size, weight and fragility). Lost and Found Freight Liquidator has developed a general system that usually works to the customer's satisfaction. After you win multiple auctions you will be allowed to combine your items which have been won during any consecutive 5 day period. Invoices will be mailed to you automatically within 24 hours of winning any auction, simply advise us via email of the auction(s) you have won and that you are also bidding on, or going to bid on others and wish to take advantage of the combined shipping. If you finish before the 5 days expires, simply advise us that you are finished and request your final combined shipping invoice.
RETURN POLICY
