We reserve the right to cancel bids at anytime for buyers with poor feedback ratings. Unpaid auctions will be canceled after 7 days and negative feedback will be left for non-paying bidders. PAYMENT
We prefer PayPal payments in order to ensure a smooth, fraud-free transaction for both parties. Please submit payment within 3 days after end of auction. No PO Boxes please. Confirmed addresses only. SHIPPING
We will ship your item within 3-5 business days upon completion of auction via FedEx Ground only. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge upon request. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Our flat shipping & handling rate includes carrier cost as well as shipping materials and any additional handling/repair labor. Shipping discounts may be offered on a per auction basis whenever packaging can be combined. Shipping & handling is non-refundable in all cases except for missing items or DOA exchanges. Local pickup is welcome (additional $5 handling fee applies).
REFUNDS / RETURNS
Please do not assume anything about the auction, e.g. included items that are not in the description or photos. We do our best to test each item thoroughly and will describe them as accurately as possible. However, please keep in mind the nature of the items: new, used, or refurbished when bidding, so all items are sold as-is. Therefore, we will only issue refunds when items described as fully working arrived DOA and are proven to not have been damaged in transit OR when arrived item(s) severely differed from their original auction listing.
