Payment Due Date Payment is due within 10 days after the auction ends. Items not paid within 10 days will enter eBay's Unpaid Item Process. Automated email reminders will be sent to the winning bidder until the checkout is completed. If you are unable to pay within 10 days, please do not bid. A late payment fee may also apply.
Payment Methods We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover on our secure web server. We also accept PayPal, personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders and bank wire transfers. Sales Tax We are only required to collect sales tax on purchases where physical possession is taken in Kansas. The prevailing sales tax rate in Overland Park is 7.525%. Shipments by common carrier outside of Kansas are not subject to sales tax.
Packing & Shipping Our shipping professionals will pack your items with care. We use all new boxes and cushioning materials to pack our items. Our goal is to keep your shipping & handling cost as low as possible consistent with quality materials and skilled packing. To protect both the buyer and the seller, we require insurance on all shipments. Multiple item purchases will automatically be combined into a single shopping cart at checkout. We reserve the right to manually adjust the calculated shipping cost on multiple item orders where the resulting package becomes oversized or requires additional handling or insurance.
Please keep in mind that single items cost the most to ship and that the shipping cost per item drops dramatically when multiple items are purchased. We schedule our auctions in rapid succession to encourage bidding on more than one item and to promote combined shipping.
We process all orders in the order they are paid. Our goal is to get all orders shipped within 2 day of payment, but due to the large volume of orders we are processing it can take up to 4 or 5 days during busy times.
We ship most domestic orders through UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. All UPS shipments include a tracking number sent via email. All USPS shipments include a confirmation number sent via email.
