I post items within 5 working days of payment clearing. That means it might be in the post the next day or up to five working days later. Postal service times will then need to be added on. Best to assume it could take up to 7 days in the UK or 8 to 9 days abroad maximum. Usually I post within one to three days of payment clearing.

You accept that I auction predominantly second-hand and unguaranteed goods that are sold as seen and described. If there is something you want to know before buying or bidding just ask. Only if the item(s) is/are significantly different to the listing description will returns be considered. I am not offering a buy it, try it and return it service! Expensive items will be sent with tracking numbers and proof of postage will be retained for all items sent both Nationally and Internationally. Any lot I do accept a return on has to be sent back in exactly the same condition and working order as it was when posted to you. Serial numbers are logged prior to dispatch. If you are unhappy with your purchase contact me to resolve the issue rather than just leaving a negative. Please contact me through the ebay messenger system and not directly to my PayPal email account. If you email my PayPal account instead your message will likely be lost amongst all the myriad of other ebay traffic emails and general junk emails I receive daily! You accept that I am not responsible for your return postage costs under any circumstances where a return is accepted. I will however refund your original postage costs. I reserve the right to not sell any item and return all payments made if I feel there is something suspicious about the auction winner or buyer as indicated by his/her feedback.
