SHIPPING AND INSURANCE:

Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item. Buyer pays all fees, which are based on zip code and weight, and packaging requirements. For items over 2 pounds we usually ship via UPS Ground. For items under 2 pounds we usually ship via USPS Priority Mail. USA bidders, please go to the bottom of this auction and enter your zip code to calculate shipping charges. Please allow time to package and process your shipment. Merchandise usually ships within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping quotes is based on the actual published rates currently charged by National Shippers. WOWSURPLUS reserves the right to use the identical services of UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex or USPS without prior notification or written consent. Additional charges by some carriers (such as rural delivery charges and fuel surcharges) may be applicable depending on your location. COMBINE SHIPPING:

WOWSURPLUS offers combined shipping on multiple purchases in order to save our customers a great deal of money. The process of combining shipments can be difficult because of the extreme variation of the products that we sell (which range vastly in size, weight and fragility). PAYMENT:

We accept PayPal and also Certified Checks and Money Orders, as long as we receive them within 7 days of the end of auction. All Utah residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the Checkout process. Non-paying bidders will be left negative feedback. Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the Checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.
