General Info
Thank you for your interest in our product. These tiles are very easy to install. All you need to install them is Ceramic Tile glue (from any home depot or Wal-Mart store... etc... ) and a knife. You put four to five spots of a thin layer on each tile and glue it right to your ceiling. You don't have to prepare your ceiling in any way, even if you have "popcorn" ceilings or plaster ceilings. They have several advantages over tin ceiling tiles, such as;
Simple installation. You don’t have to spend weeks and thousands of dollars for installation. Tin tiles require special suspension and ceiling preparation. The ceiling will be lower by about a foot or two. With our product the tiles are installed (glued) directly to your current ceiling. It takes hours not days to finish an entire room.
Maintenance. With tin or wood products you have to worry about constant maintenance. Wood tends to crack and swell with time. Tin tiles get the greenish color. (oxidation) You also have to worry about the termites. Since our tiles/crown moldings are made out of Styrofoam and PVC, they are termite proof and they wont crack. They will look exactly the same 30 years from now. Clean them with any all purpose cleanser. (409, Windex, and so on)
