What is needed to get the free machine?

You will receive a conformation email within one business day after completion of checkout. The email will contain all paperwork needed to set up a new merchant account to receive the free terminal.
To set up a new merchant account we will need information about your company such as owner's information and proof of business. The forms need to be completely filled in and faxed or emailed back to us with the required documents. Most business types have fewer than five pages of documents and I will personally guide you through the completion of the documents over the phone, so there is no confusion.
Your free terminal will be active when it arrives at your business and copies of the paperwork will be sent to you for your records.
If for any reason your merchant account with (TMS) is canceled you are required to return your free placement terminal to us. We will pay for shipping if this occurs.
Merchant accounts, available only to US businesses/owners: We are unable to provide merchant accounts to certain types of businesses. Please email us with any questions you have regarding your business and its eligibility.
Shipping Terms. FREE Overnight Shipping to ALL 50 States.
Warranty Policy. During the warranty period, should any equipment you purchased from us fail, we will replace the equipment at no charge. Call the technical support department for all warranty issues. We will pay for the cost of overnight shipping of any replacement equipment required up to twice a year. Equipment that has been dropped, abused, or damaged by fire, water, lightning, or other acts of GOD, maybe excluded from this warranty.
