Warranty Terms and Returns
We offer a 30-day DOA warranty against all of our products (new or used), unless otherwise noted in the auction. This means when you receive your product, it should be functional. New or used merchandise may still have manufacturers warranties. When this is the case, please contact the manufacturer for warranty issues.

Our warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs, maintenance, improper installation, alteration or modification, part removal, normal wear and tear, consequential or subsequent damages. We also do not cover laptop batteries. While we will check to see if it will charge, we do not check to see how long it will hold.

In the event of a warranty issue, we require the use of an RMA (return merchandise authorization) form and number. The RMA number will be given to you by a Regency Technologies sales specialist. The buyer is responsible to securely re-pack the unit for return shipment and put the UPS label that is sent to you on it. We do not accept COD shipments. They will be refused and the RMA will be considered void.

Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee (based on the final sales total of the auction). No refund of shipping cost and no refunds will be issued after 7 days from time of purchase.

Shipping Information
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE USA, PUERTO RICO & CANADA – NO EXCEPTIONS! We only ship to the "Confirmed Address" when using PayPal. For your protection, if you are using a credit card, we will only ship to your credit card billing address.

We ship via UPS unless the deliverable address is a PO Box. We DO NOT ship FedEx. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF PAYMENT CLEARING IF PAYMENT IS MADE BEFORE 9 AM EASTERN TIME. ANY PAYMENTS AFTER THAT ARE NOT PROCESSED UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Local pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please pay for your item online, then use the discount field to remove shipping charges. A LOCAL PICKUP FEE WILL BE CHARGED AND IS IN THE LISTING. We will process your order, and NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL OF THE DAY AND TIME TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER. PLEASE DO NOT CALL US TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

We require an adult-signature on all of our packages. All returned packages will be charged a processing fee to re-send your package without a signature required. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred.

Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Immediate payment is required within 7 days of the auction close. If we do not receive payment your items will be relisted and sold. All shipping charges and taxes are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Your bid is a binding contract between you and Regency Technologies. If you don't intend to pay, please do not bid.

A "Bid" or "Buy It Now" on our eBay auctions states that you have read and agreed to all Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for typos or electronic incompatibilities. No refunds will be made for wrong purchase or by mistake.

We reserve the right to cancel bids from any bidder with a negative feedback rating, or who are acting suspicious. Software drivers and other accessories are not included unless it is stated in the product information. We are not responsible for problems caused by software.

We DO NOT accept personal checks, money orders or cash. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Confirm your PayPal Shipping Address:

1.	Log into PayPal and click on the 'add bank account' or 'unverified' link at the upper left side of the screen.
2.	Add your checking account number, along with it's routing number into the boxes on the screen.
3.	Wait for the account to become verified.

Please note: You cannot ship to an alternate address with PayPal by default, even if you have confirmed your billing address. In this case, we must ship to the billing address. We do not ship to unverified addresses.
This is the only time you will have to do this, in the future your billing address will already be confirmed.
