International buyers: buyer will have choice of surface or airmail, let me know, but in any case i will only charge what it will cost me. i do not know amount until package is made and i have the complete address, if you've ever had anything mailed to you before, you probably have a better idea than i do of the cost, but it can cost somewhat more than the stated US price for international airmail, and up to a couple of months for surface, but you are welcome to bid.
