Estate sale find of a vintage sterling silver souvenir spoon measuring 3 7/8" long from Washington DC. It does have a dent in the spoon bowl (visible in picture) and is marked on the back with 3 marks (maybe English ) and the word sterling. It could use additional cleaning.
