Return Instructions

Please send to the address on your packing slip/receipt via an insured & trackable method such as, USPS, UPS or FedEx. Write the issued Return Authorization number visibly on the outside of the package. Properly pack the merchandise and include the original jewelry pouch, jewelry tag, copy of the receipt and gemological report (if applicable). Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Refunds are generally made within 10 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends & holidays).
