PAYMENTS:

We accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, and PayPal.  Please note that personal checks will delay shipment.  Payment is appreciated immediately, but is required within seven days.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is always optional, and may be required on some items.  We always strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for your item(s), however, if you decide against insurance, we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.  Insurance claims must be filed by you, the buyer.  We will include all needed documents in your package upon shipment.  If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we will send you the information you will need to file a claim for lost mail.  

SHIPPING: 

You can expect your items to be shipped out within two business days of our receiving your cleared payment.  You will also receive an e-mail confirming your shipment.  We generally use USPS Priority Mail, however sometimes we may choose to use USPS Parcel Post or UPS to keep the costs down.  Your e-mail should confirm which method we have chosen for your order.  We do offer combined shipping discounts on items purchased within three days of each other.  Please contact us before making payment so we can send you a new invoice with the accurate shipping charges. 

RETURNS:

Because we mainly sell used, vintage, and antique items, all sales are considered final, unless the item was inadvertently misrepresented.  So please read the entire description, look the items over, and contact us if you have any questions before bidding.  

FEEDBACK:

We will leave feedback as soon as we receive payment.  After you have received your item, we ask that you please post feedback for us.  If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us before posting negative feedback.  Please give us the opportunity to resolve the problem.
