We offer this rating to better your decision in bidding on our auctions.
In inspecting each item we use the following key:

LIKE NEW - This rating is for items that are used but are comparable to new, showing no blemishes or marks.

EXCELLENT - This rating means that this item is opened box though looks new and may have one or two hardly noticeable, minor blemishes.

Payment:
Checkout and payment must be completed within 7 days of the auction closing. Money orders must be postmarked within 5 business days and received within 7 business days of the auction closing. If payment is not received within this time period, we reserve the right to re-list this item and file a Non-Paying Bidder alert with eBay.

All local pick-up orders must be called in by 4pm the day before the pick-up.
Items must be claimed within 7 days of auction close. After 7 days R&M reserves the
right to relist the item(s) for sale.

There is a $10 pick up charge for small items.
There will be an additional fee for pickups for larger items. Please email before bidding of this charge if it is not stated in the auction. If an item is stated at local pickup only, pickup charge will be noted above and that is the total charge you will be paying to pickup that particular item.
MIN PICKUP FEE IS 10 DOLLARS PER ITEM.
MAXIMUM PICKUP CHARGE IS 40 DOLLARS.
FOR ITEMS THAT DONT HAVE A STATED PICKUP FEE IT IS USUALLY
HALF OF THE SHIPPING CHARGE

WE SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES ONLY!
If you are an international buyer and you happen to win the auction, shipping quote will be given and you must pay all international shipping charges, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

will be made by USPS, or FedEx, as chosen by seller.

No international shipping except for Canada. Canadian bidders pay an extra 150% for shipping and handling off the original shipping price.

Hawaii residents pay an extra 50% for shipping off the original shipping price. Shipping usually takes up to 1-2 weeks for Hawaii and Canada.

Return Policy:
All items are sold with no returns. We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for items that are returned, tested and proven functional by R&M . Buyer must return the item within 10 days and is responsible for all return shipping costs. Electronic, electric and mechanical items do not come with any expressed warranty from R&M.
