If we list something wrong, please let us know so that we can make a correction. If you receive an item and it has been terribly mis-listed, please let us know so that we can make it right BEFORE leaving bad feedback.

We will not be held responsible for wrong addresses & will not pay additional out of our pockets to send to your correct address. IF you changed your address but not in the system, please email us THROUGH Ebay messages with correct address. Do NOT email our private email address, as many of times we do not receive emails, they are directed straight to our junk mail folder and tossed out. Thank you!
We tend to ship TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS. We try to be as timely with our shippings as possible. We are a mother/daughter team that share this Ebay store operating out of two homes. I work away Monday - Thursday and take care of all shipments on Thursdays. My daughter is a young (pregnant) mother working on ebay in between mommy duties.
With postal changes and rate increases we tend to only ship First Class. We try to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Large items will now be shipped via DHL unless shipped to Canada. We regret to inform our international customers, but we now only ship to the US and Canada because of rate increases.
Please note: We ARE NOT responsible and CAN NOT guarentee shipping times. Take into consideration postal delays, holidays, weather issues, weekends. Once the package has left our hands we can not guarentee arrival date. This is especailly true with our Canadian customers. We value your business and thank you, BUT sometimes it takes a while to get through customs. We have had packages take 1-6 weeks depending. We apologize, but it is out of our hands.
All purchases OVER $50.00 will require shipping insurance due to postal issues.
