Aircraft Quality Aluminum Extruded Cabinets
Cabinet resonance can ruin the sound of an otherwise well-designed speaker. You don't want to hear your speaker cabinets humming along with the music, you want to hear the uncolored sound launched by the drivers and tweeters. We take special pains to make sure that Polk speaker cabinets are resonance-free.
VM cabinets are lined internally with closed cell foam, which does two things: The foam further damps the cabinets against resonance; the foam also absorbs the back wave of the woofers and drivers. Less vibration and the internal absorbtion results in greater midrange clarity and clearer midbass response.

To allow Polk Audio to offer the best possible warranty service, please register your new product online at: polkaudio.com/myaccount or call Polk customer service 800-377-7655 in the USA within ten (10) days of the date of original purchase. Be sure to keep your original purchase receipt.
Defective Products must be shipped, together with proof of purchase, prepaid insured to the Factory at 2550 Britannia Boulevard, Suite A, San Diego, California 92154. Products must be shipped in the original shipping container or its equivalent; in any case the risk of loss or damage in transit is to be borne by you. If upon examination at the Factory it is determined that the unit was defective in materials or workmanship at any time during this Warranty period, Polk Audio will, at its option, repair or replace this Product at no additional charge, except as set forth below.
All replaced parts and Products become the property of Polk Audio. Products replaced or repaired under this warranty will be returned to you, within a reasonable time, freight prepaid.

Polk Audio only accepts payment through PayPal.
- FEDEX ground service for $10.00 to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Payment is expected within 7 days of close of auction.
- Please allow up to 7 business days after payment is received for order processing and shipping.
- By law we are required to collect tax from most states.
- We can not combine shipping (if you win other auctions) as the cost would be the same.

What's with the sales tax?
Hey, we don't like it any more than you do, but sales tax happens. In fact, states are starting to crack down on sales tax from consumers and businesses through internet sales. Polk Audio has determined that it has a taxable presence in most states, and therefore is required to collect and remit sales tax on all sales, including internet sales. Polk Audio sells product to, performs training for, and interacts locally with retailers in all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. It also owns property and employs citizens living in several of these states. States that levy a sales tax consider these circumstances to create a taxable presence in their state.
