Billing Agreement:
If you are the Winning Bidder we will contact you within 1 Business Day of Close of Auction by sending the buyer an ebay invoice. In Some rare exceptions, and we have not made contact within this time period, please email us at websales@bluestarco.com
If Contact has not been made within 3 business Days of the Auction close, the winning bidder forfeits his/Her Right to the item. We will then contact the second highest bidder or re-list the item.
Payment must be received within 3 Business Days of Action Closing.
Return Policy

- All returned merchandise must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number prior to return. All returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will be returned to the sender at his or her expense
- The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, including initial freight, on merchandise returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs.
- We cannot accept exchange items unless they are defective. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in un-sellable condition, or have missing parts may be charged a restocking fee.
Returns due to a lack of technical understanding or interest in getting an item to work properly will be subject to a 17 % restocking fee, with no exceptions
