This 6 inch tile is in excellent condition. 

This is tile Design No. 133. Titled "Valkommen till vart hem" or "Welcome to our Home".

The tag reads as follows: "This tile has been decorated in the whimsical tradition of old Swedish folk paintings known as "Dalmalningar."  The pattern and colors are faithfully reproduced by hand screening." 

This is a quality product from Berggren-Trayner located in Libertyville, IL
