Photos have been enlarged and/or enhanced to show detail. With regard to colored gems, the actual color may vary depending on the type of screen resolution and quality of screen you are using. Although we do everything within our ability to represent the color of a gem accurately, several factors come into play such as lighting, mounting of a gem as well as light dispersion in photographing a natural colored gem. Some stones will look lighter or darker than in a photograph. It is not acceptable to return an item if you believe it looked differently than what was offered. Returns without a completed Returns/Exchanges Form will be refused and not accepted. Do not solely rely on the photo of a gem in your bidding decision. Please read the description as well.
