We accept PayPal, Money Order, and Personal Check payments

RMA Policy:
- Items found to be defective within 14-Day Warranty period must have an RMA number to be replaced
- RMA numbers are obtained at http://www.claimthis.com/aboutus.aspx
- Item must be in warranty at the time of RMA request
- ONLY items needing replacement will receive RMA numbers (15% service fee for RMA items tested non-defective)
- Items returned without RMA numbers are rejected upon arrival
- Shipping cost cannot be refunded under any circumstances

Dead Pixel Policy:  
- Five or more dead pixels is considered a defect (see RMA policy above)
- The dead pixel policy does not extend into manufacturer's warranty period
- Monitors sold AS-IS are not covered by the dead pixel policy
