• Payment must be received within 3 business days after auction ended. If we do not receive your payment or hear from you within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your bids and sell to the next highest bidder or list the items back on auction.

• If not specified in the item description, 1st Class Registered Air-mail will be used from Hong Kong to Worldwide.
• If Express Courier service required, please contact us for a quote.
• Items will be sent within 1-2 days after payment received.
• Shipment to US, Canada and UK normally takes 7-14 days business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) by air mail from Hong Kong, varies by locations.
• Items will be protected by bubble in envelopes or cartons.
• If postal loss found, please report to us within 7 days of the issues happened. Any notice after this period will not be accepted
• If purchase value is over US$40.00, Insurance is HIGHLY recommended. Otherwise, we will not take any responsibilities for the damage or postal loss.

• All sales are final. Return is accepted on a replacement basis only.

• Item must be returned in its original and unused condition. Goods must be in its original box (if applied) and packing. Otherwise, replacement will not be considered.
