SHIPPING COSTS

PAYMENT:

·        There are 3 methods of payment: Credits cards via Paypal, United States Postal Service International Money Order (The *PINK* one NOT the GREEN ones), or Cashiers Check.

·        All major credit cards accepted through www.paypal.com  

·        I will not do pick-ups or deliveries to local area residents. Sorry I just don't have the time.

·        I package all items with extreme care. If any damage is incurred during transition, the post office or courier company has done a bad job. I will be happy to help with any information needed for claims against them.

·        I will email notification of shipment. Please do not email me 3 days after sending your payment asking for status of item. If I you have not yet received an email from myself notifying you of shipment, this means I have not shipped or received your payment for your item yet. Please do not e-mail me from an address that does not accept incoming e-mail I do not have time to manually call everyone to update them on the status of their shippment you will not receive a reply.

·        Payment must be made within 10 days of auction's end. Failure to do so will result in non-paying bidder form and eventual negative feedback if transaction is not completed appropriately

SHIPPING POLICY :

·        Please NOTE: Due to German Laws; we are not allowed to sell cosmetics that are not sealed in their original packaging. However, we will sell and ship to anywhere else in Europe

·        We ship ONLY ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY after we have received payment. That means if we receive your payment on Tuesday, we will ship only on the next shipping day, which would be Wednesday. If we receive payment on a shipping day, for example Friday, we will ship it the next shipping day, ie the next Tuesday.

·        All items will be shipped through CANADA POST by default. UPS will be considered for over-sized & heavy items over 7 Kg.

·        WINNERS OF MULTIPLE AUCTIONS can save on shipping fees! For a single shipping quote for Multiple Items, please contact us prior to payment. Be sure to include the eBay Item Numbers in the subject line of your message.

·        SHIPPING STANDARDS listed below are Canada Post's published shipping standards, and NOT our own. Expedited Parcel" & "Small Packets Air Registered" items can be TRACKED at CanadaPost.ca. NO Tracking Number available for unregistered SMALL PACKETS items.

·        We ship parcels 2 - 3 times per week depending on the number of items to be shipped.

·        Business Days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

·        All shipping prices are rounded up to the dollar value and include handling.

·        Once item has arrived and you are pleased, leave your comment on eBay. I will be sure to reciprocate. This policy ensures that everyone gets proper recognition and makes the process smoother for both of us.

·        Please bid only if you are satisfied with our shipping terms.

·        All item descriptions are listed as accurately as possible.

·        All items are listed in US dollars.

·        Absolutely NO Refunds, Exchanges or Warranties on anything sold.

·        Items sold AS IS . This basically means that I have tested the item to my full capability and is always applied to a used item. If 'as is' has been applied to a new item, this means I cannot test it properly. Please do not expect the item to be in perfect working order if these words are attached to the description

·        Please ask any question while the auction is running, not after it has ended. Your full knowledge of what you may be bidding on will ensure a smooth transaction. Please make sure you understand exactly what the item is before bidding.

·        I will try to answer any question to the best of my ability. If you are not satisfied with my answer, please do not bid. I am not an expert with the various articles I sell; I may not be able to answer your questions fully.

·        Email is currently read and responded to between the hours of 11am-7pm, Monday to Friday.

Ask any unanswered questions prior to placing a bid. Email response may take up to 24 hours due to occasional delays with incoming mail and volume of email. We are typically unavailable for email communications on Weekends and holidays (includes Canadian Holidays). All emails received on such days will be answered the following business day.
We currently ship to Most International Destinations. If you are unsure about shipping to your location, ask us.
