Payment:

We accept only payment via Paypal ONLY.

We also accept Bank Deposit from Australian account.

Auction will be considered as voided should payment have not been settled within 3 working days.

Shipping & Handing:

We will ship to worldwide with the same shipping cost.

Product will be dispatched within 24 hours once payment has been settled.

All items will be shipped to your address provided at Ebay Checkout, please ensure the address is accurate.

Products will be dispatched from our warehouse in Asia; therefore we accept mail order ONLY.

Delivery time is for reference only, as it can be affected by weather, customs clearance, holidays etc

All items will be shipped via Registered mail with insurance, we will supply the tracking number to you (via Paypal) once the parcel is shipped.

Refund / Exchange Policy:

We will offer 1-year performance warranty.

We will be glad to offer exchange for all defective products, within the warranty period (12 months from date of transaction).

Should the product come DOA (dead on arrival), postage for sending us back the defect product will also be reimbursed.

No matter why you are not satisfied with our product(s), full refund will be issue if the product(s) is returned to us within 2 months from the date of transaction.

Import Taxes:

Generally buyer will not be charged with VAT / Import Taxes as we will declare the manufacturing cost as parcel value for customs clearance purpose.

Feedbacks:

We will leave you a positive feedback should you make your payment promptly, and we ask you to have the courtesy to leave us back a positive feedback should you satisfy our product/ shipping lead-time.
