Up for auction are the following items:
(7) Cast Iron Hot Water Radiators
(1) Crane Natural Gas Boiler (210K BTU) w/ Expansion Tank and Newer Circulating Pump
The entire system is currently in working condition (we haven't disconnected anything yet) for you to test out. We are converting the house to forced air heat.
The radiators are in great condition and the boiler is in working condition. I had the boiler checked out and mechanically it works good, but there is some rust on the outer sheet metal due to its age that makes it look worse than its mechanical condition. The circulating pump was replaced 4-5 years ago.
The radiator specs are:

This auction is being sold at NO RESERVE, which means the final ending price is the price you pay. The condition of this offer is that you must remove and take with you all the radiators, boiler and any exposed piping in house/basement. Any piping that is behind walls or in the floors or ceilings, does not have to be removed, only the exposed pipes which can be seen. The system must be removed as carefully as possible as we are preserving most of the existing walls/ceilings, but I understand some minor damage may occur. I have taken pictures of everything included that be must be removed, including exposed piping.
Everything must be paid for in advance and removed/taken away within 14 days of auction close. Please only bid if you are capable of doing this and have the tools/help, these radiators are very heavy. Payment can be via PayPal.com, Cash, Check or Money Order. Items sold as is.
We are located in Irwin, PA (15642), less than 5 minutes from PA Turnpike (exit 67), we are very easy to get to. We are also about 30 minutes from Pittsburgh, PA - or - 15 minutes from Greensburg, PA to give you another idea of our location.
