The listing is for a 7-night stay for up to 4 persons in a luxury oceanfront condo that we own in the best location of Isla Verde Beach in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children at the condo. At the listed rate of $700.00 you may choose any available 7 nights up to December 19th. Other weeks available as follows:
Up to December 19th .............$700 for 7 nights, plus 7% tax
Thanksgiving week ................. $750 for 7 nights, plus 7% tax
Christmas & New Years............$1,400 for 7 nights, plus 7% tax
January 5nd to April 30th, 2009....... $900 for 7 nights, plus 7% tax

 The apartment is located in an exclusive beachfront condo which has a Hotel Style Entry with decorated marble walls and floors. The Condo has the best location in Isla Verde, right next door we have the InterContinental hotel with a fabulous beach bar, where you can order drinks and food. Next to the InterContinental there is El San Juan Hotel & Casino, which has the best night life of all San Juan. Right in front of our condo there is a shopping mall with restaurants and a grocery store.

This luxury condo has 550 square feet. It is tastefully furnished, fully equipped and it offers all the comforts of a regular home. Plus, at its doorstep you will be able to enjoy the activities that Isla Verde has to offer, including its incredible beach, dinning options and night life. The Condo has the following features:

Why our building has the best location in Isla Verde:
Our Condo is right next door to the El Intercontinetal Hotel and the San Juan Hotel & Casino. It is also conveniently located across the street from a strip mall where you can find a supermarket, atm machine and a variety of restaurants which offer traditional Puerto Rican cuisine as well as the more notable fast food chains such as KFC, Burger King, Dominos Pizza and Taco Bell. Also, within easy walking distance from our condo there are various beach cafes.

Public transportation stops in front of the complex, and for just 75 cents, you can ride the bus to Old San Juan (Viejo San Juan) a must see destination while in Puerto Rico. There you can enjoy a fun filled day of local activities such as sightseeing at San Juan's fortress by the sea 'El Morro' or shopping along 'Calle Cristo' where you will find many designer outlet stores such as 'Coach,' 'Dooney & Bourke,' 'Ralph Lauren' and 'Reebok.' When you are done shopping continue on to 'Calle Fortaleza' for an unforgettable dining experience at one of the many trendy restaurants located in the popular area known as 'So-Fo' South of Fortaleza

TERMS OF RENTAL:
Reservations: Reservations are confirmed with 40% deposit. Balance due upon 45 days prior to your arrival.
Tax: The auction price does not include a 7% tax, which will be added to the winning bid.
Damage deposits: $300 damage deposit required 7 days prior to your arrival. The Damage deposit is fully refundable to you provided there are no damages, missing items, smoking at the condo or an unauthorized late checkout.
Check in/out: Check in at 3:00p.m,. Check out is at 12:00noon. The Villa may be available on arrival prior to this time, we will try our best to accommodate you if possible.
Cancellation policy: In the event that the Guest cancels the reservation, we will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee:
- Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%
- Between 46 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 40%
- Less than 45 days prior to the arrival date 100%
