We accept personal check,money order or Pay Pal.   Checks and (some) money orders will be held to clear--usually 7-10 days. Pay Pal payments can only be shipped to a verified Pay Pal address. No exceptions, please.  Otherwise, we'll gladly accept your check or MO.

We will combine all of your winning bids within a 7-day period to save shipping charges, provided payment is made together.

Ebay doesn't correctly apply our multiple item discounts, so please disregard the total on the screen where your bid is placed.   We send invoices every Monday and Thursday, applying all appropriate discounts and the correct shipping/handling/insurance amounts.  If you are done bidding and want to check out before then, just drop us a line and we will get the invoice out ASAP!

Shipping is $5 flat--no matter how many items you win.  Smaller items, such as individual 2x2 coins will be discounted to $2 for the first and $1 for each additional with a maximum of $5. We'll ship internationally, when allowed, but additional charges will likely apply.  We will not violate customs law or fudge customs forms--don't ask.

Insurance is required on all purchases.    Insurance rates, which also includes delivery confirmation, are as follows:

 

$0-$100............................$1.50

$101-$200........................$2.50

$201-$300........................$3.50

$301-$400........................$4.50

$401-$500........................$5.50

$1 for each $100 of insurance thereafter. 

Insurance is through a third party--not the USPS--so you won't see the usual stickers and stamps from the post office.

We will  combine purchases for all auctions won within a 7-day period, provided payment is made together.  

If you're mailing payment, please include a printout so we can readily match your payment to your auction.
