Here is a very rare American Level " Made in Detroit Mi. , not Oklahoma City, or one of the newer ones. Hard to get a good full length picture of this. A very early serial number on this one at #59777. And this one has no hand holes in it, just hand " grooves" and the hole for hanging it! All the binding is still attached great. No pulling away. There is a picture showing the one cracked lens, and there is a small area with some material on the level. Maybe putty. Should come off. Did not want to do any more than apply some linseed oil. Some minor usage dings and scratches, otherwise this level is True, and very accurate, with all vials working with good bubbles! Outstanding condition for a level of this age!
