Return Policy

• We want our customers to be very satisfied.
• If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days of receiving the item.
• All return enquiries MUST be made within 3 calendar days of receiving the product. Sales are final after 3 calendar days.
• Customers must obtain a CN# from us for their returns, otherwise we will reject it upon receiving it.
• Refunds will ONLY be made based on the bid price, shipping and handling and insurance charges are non-refundable in any case. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items when returning the product back to us.
