Patented 1922. Looks to me like a projector for those old film strips that you advance by hand frame by frame (kind of like a slide show). You can adjust the angle up or down. This is being sold as found- Still in its original case, and has an extra lens as well. It does not appear to me that anything is missing off of it. A little light surface rust here and there, still has the light bulb inside and the plug for it is attached directly to the bottom of the bulb so there is no cord. Excellent original condition on this 80+ year old filmstrip projector!!
