TERMS: All accommodations are based on availability in a
studio/1-bedroom unit and are subject to change until booked and confirmed.
Once purchased, no refunds. Once reservations are confirmed - no changes
allowed whatsoever. NO TIMESHARE SALES PRESENTATIONS REQUIRED! Immediate
payment is required. All travel must be
completed within 18 months of purchase. If you are unable to travel during this vacation offer
– we ask that you do not bid. Date flexibility is required. This offer does
not include: transportation, meals, taxes, peak or holiday surcharge,
deposits or resort activities or surcharges imposed by the resort. You are
responsible for the sales and occupancy taxes which range from $9-$21 per
person, per night based on a family of four. When selecting dates, please
avoid 7 days prior and 7 days after a major US Holiday, as accommodations
maybe very limited. This offer is for the accommodations ONLY for 7 nights.
Booking / Travel documents will be mailed to purchaser. You must present
Confirmation Letter to Resort upon check-in. Check-in time: 4pm | Check-out: 10am unless otherwise noted. Typically check-in dates are
Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Maximum occupancy limits vary by type of
accommodations and must be followed at the resort. FREE Upgrade to
larger Suite if available (based on availability). No pets allowed. One
member of the travel party must be a minimum of 21 years of age to stay at
the resort and must have a major credit card in his or her name. Additional
terms and conditions may apply. Upon payment, you will receive in the mail
your travel information. Standard rates
if booked directly with the resorts range between $1500 -
$2800 per week. Once
