Hello everyone and thanks for reading the terms and conditions below, as they relate to our many wonderful auctions on ebaY. We are not lawyers and have tried to avoid the “lawyer speak” we see in so many professional sellers auctions these days. That is not to say we do not conduct ourselves professionally, but that we generally have a lot of fun with the variety of offerings we have on ebaY and work to be as proficient as possible in all areas.
When browsing our actions you will notice that most of the items we sell are previously owned and or vintage items. From a Sellers perspective this can be difficult task because it seems that more and more Buyers (especially our lower feedback friends) have false expectations of these items. We go to great pains to list our items as accurately as possible, preferring to let the items represent themselves through our words and pictures. We do not purposely omit or embellish an item we know to have imperfections.
Not being experts in any one category of items we encourage questions early and often. Don’t hesitate to contact us so we can respond in a timely manner to give you enough time to make a decision whether or not to bid.

Terms and Conditions
Bidding: Number one, obviously is please don’t bid if you have no intention of following through with that responsibility and completing the transaction. This especially applies to bidders with (0) or low feedback as they are typically the source of deadbeat bidders. We are eager to answer questions about our items but would prefer not to have to train on the ins and outs of eBay. There are plenty of other sources for that and encourage newcomers to self educate as most of us old timers have.
Payment: We currently accept PayPal, E-Checks, and Major Credit Cards but prefer Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders. Your address should be “Confirmed” if paying with PayPal. Instructions for paying via PayPal will be included in the winning bidders invoice at the conclusion of the auction. When sending payment by mail, please include a legible copy containing the item number(s) and the address where you would like the item(s) shipped. Payment is expected in a timely manor, typically within (5) days of the conclusion of the auction. We ship relatively quickly (see feedback) in most cases and expect the same. If payment is not received within (7) days we may exercise our right to relist an item and you will be responsible for the fees.
Our No Personal Checks Policy: We do not generally prefer personal checks but understand that it is sometimes a necessity; hence we may make exceptions if you contact us before the conclusion of an auction. If allowed to pay with a Personal Check please allow (7-10) additional days for the check to clear. We charge $20 for any bounced checks plus the Buyer is responsible for any other fees associated with a Returned Check.
Shipping: Please note that we rarely if ever charge “fixed” shipping charges. This is to insure that you are only paying for the item and packaging material to be shipped and not a “customary overcharge” like many sellers charge. The shipping charge will be determined by the winning bidder’s zip code. We can and will combine shipping charges whenever possible. Insurance is always available, if desired, at the winning bidder’s expense. International bidders are always welcome. If there is a set shipping price the rates apply to the Continental United States unless otherwise noted. We will ship most items within 24-48 hours of the payment being received. All items will be professionally packaged to further ensure your item(s) arrive safe and undamaged. Postage can be estimated from our 33759 zip code for bidding purposes if the calculator is not available or simply drop us an email. At the auctions conclusion the winning bidder(s) will receive an eBay invoice including the actual postage, based on the zip code provided, and the auction total amount due, excluding optional insurance.
Returns: All items are sold “as is” unless otherwise noted. If an issue should arise, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt of the item(s). We strive to make every one of our Buyer’s happy for their decision to purchase from us and encourage repeat purchases.
