Q/A
A) What happen if USB 2.0 won’t work?
Please run the setup.exe from driver CD. Please refer to manual for detail installation.
B) What happen if the USB 2.0 still has yellow question mark after installing the driver?
Please take out the card, and install it on the different PCI slot.
Run the windows XP update and make sure to install sp2. For windows 2000, please install sp4.
C) What happen if you have windows XP with SP2 installed, but still won’t detect with the driver?
Please remove the card from the computer. Run the setup from CD; please refer to manual for instruction. After installing of driver, you can install the card again.
D) What should you do if you are using windows 98sec and ME?
Please run all the windows update first, and then install the driver from the CD. Please run the setup. More information, please read the manual.
E) How do you know whether the driver is installed correctly?
Please check on the device manager to see whether any yellow question mark. If it has yellow question mark, then driver is not installed correctly. You need to install the driver again.
F) How do you know whether my card is working as USB 2.0?
You can see USB 2.0 Root Hub under the Universal Serial Bus Controller.
G) Do you need to install the driver for the firewire controller?
There is no driver required by the windows 98sec higher. Please run the windows update to install all the latest update. The driver should be included. |
