This it the pony tail maker tool that was featured on TV. It is brand new in the box with instructions to make different pony tail designs.

 

GUIDELINES: Please read carefully and make sure you understand them before you place your bid as I am making some changes.

PAYMENT METHODS:  Paypal is preferred. Personal checks accepted through Paypal only, and check MUST clear before item will be shipped. Money Orders and/or Cashier’s Checks preferred if payment is mailed. Do NOT mail a personal check or CASH as payment.

 

Payment MUST be received within 10 days of close of auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment is not received within 10 days, item will be re-listed, negative feedback will be posted, AND EBAY WILL BE NOTIFIED! 

 

SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES are posted in the description of the item and are non-negotiable. I generally ship USPS First Class unless you request Priority Shipping, in which case, I will change the shipping charge to reflect the additional postage required. If the item weighs more than the allotted weight for First Class I generally ship using Priority Flat Rate boxes. I do charge a handling fee which covers the cost of packing supplies and gasoline since I live 22 miles from the nearest post office.  The handling fee is already listed with the shipping charge.

 

When shipping books or magazines if the weight is more than allowed for First Class USPS I will either send them flat rate priority or media mail which ever is cheapest.

 

COMBINED SHIPPING is available on multiple wins of auctions. I usually ship kits in Priority Flat Rate Boxes because that gives you the best price. If the items are small enough I will use a standard manila envelope. If the item is pre-packed in a box I wrap it in plain brown paper. I will send you a revised invoice on multiple wins at the end of the auction.

 

Item will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.  There are 3 exceptions:

 

1.  If the post office is closed due to a Holiday.

2.  If payment is received on Saturday, item will be shipped on Monday.

3.  Payment was made with a personal check and has not cleared.

 

You MUST contact me within 2 days by email with your address and planned method of payment.  If I haven't heard from you within 2 days I will send you a 2nd invoice through EBAY and you will have 24 hours to contact me. If you do not contact me I will block you from bidding on any future auctions and I will re-list your item.

 

I will post feedback with EBAY once payment is received. Please post feedback for me when item is received. 

 

I try to accurately describe everything that I list, therefore All items are "AS IS" according to the description.  I will only give a refund if I have made a serious mistake in the description of the item.  I will not refund the shipping charges and the bidder must pay to ship the item back to me.
