All payments must be made quickly to avoid non payment report. Paypal payments made in 3 days, mail in payments need to be sent in 3 days and notify me of plan 24 hours before auction end. On third day if no payment is made I'll send a reminder invoice and on 5th day a note, on 7th day an final bill/note. If no payment or contact has been made by 8th day I'll have to report, and I don't want to do that so please let me know how I can help. I am very reasonable and understanding, but if you can't afford to pay don't bid please!!! To get your discounts you must wait for me to send an invoice with the discounted total. If you pay instantly full price then all discounts are voided as I can't refund you at that point. I usually get invoices out instantly but please allow up to 32 hours. There is a $1.00 handling fee on most orders in U.S. more for international. This will appear on invoice, if sending a check you must add your .49cent cashing fee to your total if I have not added to invoice. Calculated shipping is based on location, weight and package size and shape. If you want something other than USPS please let me know and pay any difference in cost. There is a 1dollar handling charge on most items unless otherwise noted. Weight of item + package and materials = cost..free items are not included in your price, I pay any difference for them. June items get free S&H when you use the buy it now option. You must wait for my invoice to get any discounts on shipping or item price. All Pre-Owned items are as is unless I have misadvertised the item or sent the wrong item. If we do return an item it is good for a merchandise credit on a similar used item in my store only. Recordable items;movies, music, games etc. are final no returns. New items With Tags/package only are refundable if the item is damaged etc. other than listed or if it has a good reason. All returns are at the buyer's ship expense and must be shipped within 3 days of USPS delivered date. Item must be in original package/tags on and in same condition as when sent. Please use insurance as I can't be responsible for USPS damage. I have not yet had anything damaged by USPS, and don't think I will. There is a $1.00 handling fee on most items added to the invoice unless otherwise noted. When paying with a check the check must include a .49cent cashing fee.
