Hi there! Up for bid is a girls skirt by Carter's. This has a red bandana belt and red bandana ruffle at the bottom. The size tag has been cut out of this but I believe its a 4 or 5. The measurements are: waist - 10" and the length is 9.5". The back of them has a little white bow. DARLING!! This has been worn but is in excellent condition. No stains or holes.
