Living moss does best if given plenty of moisture, humidity and light. I have found that the more light they receive the better they grow. When you first receive your moss it may be slightly dry. This does no damage to the plants. Thoroughly spray the moss with water and it will green up within a few hours.
You are getting a mixture of moss plants as shown in the photo with the basket and birds which may include: Tropical Moss,Haircap Moss,Cushion Moss, Feather Moss, Reindeer Moss & others. There may also be some Lichen moss in there as well!
Make your own Basket of living moss as I have done. Keep it well water/Misted like ferns and it will be beautiful. Also needs light to survive. Use in your terrariums as well. These are easy to maintain moss plants. I also sell alone each variety of these alive. (You WILL NOT GET ANY BASKET OR PLANT HOLDER, ONLY THE MOSS.)
