This sofa has been in the same massachusetts home since the 1940's. It is a wonderful piece of american history and in very good antique condition. The fabric is the original material and in good condition showing normal wear for age. It is extremely well built. It is heavy and sturdy as well. Because of the weight this couch is only for local pickup in Brighton Massachusetts.
