All International customers, if not paying with credit card, must purchase money orders from US International Banks such as Citibank, Chase Bank - certain money wires, etc. and the money order must be payable in US funds! Note! The USPS will only refund the actual value of the stolen or lost item when package is insured. They will not refund shipping costs, so I cannot refund shipping costs either.
