The shipping prices quoted with this item only include normal P.O. cover up to £36 and DO NOT include special insurance cover.  Glass items are not covered by the Post Office insurance, so go at buyers risk.

I do not refund postal costs due to Royal Mail's new policy.

My financial liability will be limited to the compensation levels available for the shipping method chosen and do not include postage. If required ask about courier service and I will find out.

Postage includes a small packing fee.

I would refund monies if an item is significantly 'not as described'.

Normally, I only visit our village Post Office once week. 

I always obtain Proof of Posting and will email to say your item is on its’ way.

Please ask me before bidding if unsure or want more photos.

Please try not to ask on the auction end day, because I may not be able to reply then.
