If you want to pay using Paypal, I will have to add on the fee that I am charged for those payments, on top of the total for the item and postage. I do not charge for shipping and handling and will only pass on what I have to pay and no extra.
Payment on pick up is OK but must be cash, bank cheque or money order.
For posted items, I accept direct deposit, bank cheques and Australian money orders. Sorry, but I cannot accept cash through the mail or personal cheques!
I am more than happy to wait a little longer for your payment if you are watching another item of mine, but please send me an email to let me know.
Pick up is OK for any item.
I generally do not charge for packaging on posted items unless the item is of unusual size / shape. Postage will be charged at cost and will be kept to a minimum. I do not charge a handling fee.
I am more than happy to combine postage to keep costs down.
Once items have left my hands, however, I cannot be held responsible. Please ask for registered post if you have any concerns about lost items or insurance if you are concerned about breakage. I do my best to make sure the items are packaged well but, even so, Australia Post is heavy-handed in it's treatment of packages. If you would like extra packaging, there will be an additional cost as postage will be a lot higher for a bigger parcel.
For 'Pick-up Only' items, you can arrange freight at your own expense, but collection must fit in with my timetable. Delivery to freight depot may be considered (no promises though), but all packaging costs must be paid by you. Please email me to discuss options. I am happy to consider any reasonable requests.

Payment must be made within 7 days of end of auction unless otherwise arranged.
All sales are final so please look at my photos and read my descriptions thoroughly. Most of my items are 'vintage' or 'preloved' and have had some sort of a previous life. Refunds will only be given if I have misrepresented an item, although this would be unintentional. I do not refund for a change of mind or if clothing items do not fit. Please ask for additional photos or information if you are unsure. I will always respond to your emails however I cannot guarantee that an email, sent withing 12 hours of an auction ending, will reach me in time. I am an honest and reliable seller and have a pretty good track record. I hope our association on Ebay can be an enjoyable one for both of us.
