Return Policy:
If you’re not satisfied with your item, simply return
it to us within three (3) days of receipt, with our inspection stamp intact and
unaltered, for an exchange or refund of its purchase price only.
Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Return
shipments received without an authorization number will be refused.
Shipping: Your item(s) will be shipped
through the US Postal Service unless otherwise stated. International shipping will be more than the cost stated in this auction.
We ship at least two times each week. If you purchase from us using the best
offer feature, we reserve the right to ship utilizing a different class of mail
without notification.
Insurance: Insurance is required on items that total $50 or
more. On the rare occasion where you might need to file a claim, the USPS will
only refund the cost of the item, NOT the shipping charges you paid. King
Antiques is not responsible for any damage once an item leaves our
possession, so please don't ask us to refund what you paid for shipping.
Payment Methods and Tennessee Sales Tax: PayPal, money order or
personal check. Personal checks put a hold on your order for 10-14 business days
from receipt. International payments should be made in US dollars only. Payment
must be received within 10 days from the end of the auction. If you are a
resident of Tennessee, you will be responsible for paying state sales tax on the
winning bid amount plus shipping costs.
