It is buyer's responsibility to ship the item back to us at their cost. Refund would be given for DOA items less S&H.
For an approved refund item must be returned in the condition that it left from us (including all parts and manuals included in the item description). Refund will be given only if the item is found to be defective. No return/refund whatsoever after 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping cost is non refundable and buyer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
When returning a product from the United States please send the product as a return and Do not declare a product value on the customs form ($0 value).
