This is a nice vintage architectural finial.
I have provided closeups so you can see the quality of the top and base lathe work and carving.
It measures 21-1/4" long and 3-3/8" at its widest.
This was purchased at auction so I do not know its origins, but it has obviously been stripped of its prior finish (probably paint).
It could be used, as is, or re-coated with an oil/stain finish.
