After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-Out Now! Click on the eBay Pay Now button at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.

Check-Out Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.

      Terms

• Any item valued over $250.00 must be shipped to the confirmed address on PAYPAL.
• We accept Paypal, money orders, local pick ups, and credit card sales via our toll free order line 1-877-442-7533. Sales support is available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Saturday 11am-3pm EST.
• When sending a money order you MUST have the item # clearly written on the order.
• Please do not send cash.
• Paypal E-checks take 3-5 business days to clear. No item will ship until these checks clear.
• There is a 7% sales tax charge on any item that is shipped to a NJ address.

  In-store pickup fees are: 

• $2.50 per item, excluding Rods and Combo's, for the first 10 items
• Orders Exceeding Ten Items Must Be shipped Or Picked up at the Stated S&H Charges
• $5.00 per item for all Rods and Combo's regardless of size
• Minimum charge for pick up is $6.00
• Due to the high volume of pick-ups we must limit pickups to once per week 

There is no guarantee that all items won at auction will be available for in-store pickup as we now ship from multiple warehouses. These items "Must" be shipped at the posted shipping rate.  Auction winners should pay particular attention to the number of items bid on and won as all items need to be picked up or shipped within the 7 day shopping window period. 

Winning bidders have up to 7 days to continue shopping. At checkout all items will be combined and shipping discounts will be applied. For combined orders, please fill out our checkout for one item being purchased. Then click on the shopping cart at the bottom of the page and our system will combine all your items. The shipping discount will be applied automatically. If you plan on combining items please do NOT pay for items individually. If an item is paid for individually it no longer qualifies for discounts with other orders.

• All items are brand new unless otherwise noted
• All items are shipped within 24 hours of a complete payment being made
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs which are clearly listed in all of our auctions
• Orders will be combined at checkout and shipping discounts will be applied. Shipping charges will be calculated by using the highest shipping rate assigned to one item and a selective % of the posted rate for the remaining items.  For exact shipping charges please utilize the shipping calculator above.  Shipping charges are non-negotiable

Residents of the 48 contiguous States have most items shipped via UPS ground from NJ and can expect a delivery time of 1-6 business days (See map below for exact details) Items shipped via U.S.Postal Service can take up to 14 business days. Residents of AK, HI, PR, APO , and FPO addresses pay the same rates as UPS ground unless where stated and will have their items shipped via USPS Priority with a delivery time of 3-7 business days  

• Federal Express deliveries are tracked ,Insurance optional
• We do not accept wire or bank transfers as payment methods
• Fishing rods cannot be shipped outside the U.S.
• International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Items that do not have an international shipping rate are not available for international shipping

We do our best to make our descriptions 100% accurate. If you feel there is an error in the listing or if you have a question that has not been answered feel free to email us. You can also call our support staff at 1-201-798-2130.

• If an item does not arrive in the time period provided above please call our sales office.
• Any item that arrives in a damaged or open carton must be reported to Har Lee and the shipping company within 24 hours.
• Any item that arrives defective must be reported to Har Lee within 72 hours.
• Any shortages must be reported to Har Lee within 24 hours.
• After 7 days of receipt of item Har Lee considers all sales final
• Each manufacturer carries a warranty on their products. Items must be returned to them for warranty repair or replacement.
• Items over the warranty period cannot be returned to either Har Lee or the manufacturer.
• All non-defective returns are either given a full store credit (less S&H) or a refund less re-stocking fee(s) of up to 15%.
• Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item.
• Buyer accepts all responsibility for providing the correct address.
• Any item not delivered due to a wrong address will be charged the full shipping price again. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• We appreciate fast payment and will provide positive feedback within 14 days of receipt of the item.
• Any item not paid for will be handled by Ebay's Unpaid Item Procedures.
