You are looking at a size X- Large 16 NWT girls AMY BYER stretch skirt with pleats. The skirt is done in all Black and has elastic in the waistband so you just pull on. Made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex for STRETCH. Skirt has pleats down the front. Be sure to check out the many other skirt styles we have in the store.
