• All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground to locations within the 48 continental United States. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, FPOs, and APO's. 
• All auctions over $50 (including shipping and handling) will ONLY be shipped to CONFIRMED PayPal addresses.
• Shipping charges for orders shipped outside the 48 continental United States or any other form of courier other than UPS may be considerably higher.
• Most orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed (weekends excluded).
• All orders are processed during business hours, Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.

• The picture of the item on auction may slightly differ in color, shape, or any other aesthetic conditions from the actual item that is being auctioned. We will do our best to include the picture of the actual unit in auction. 
• Connect Comp reserves the right to void any auction with typographical errors or mistakes. We will try our best to accommodate the high bidder in such an occurrence.

• The high bidder will receive an end of auction notice with instructions the business day after the auction end.
• We do not utilize eBay checkout. Please send all pertinent information (eBay item number, name, address, phone number) with your replay to our end of auction notice or within the notes section of a PayPal payment.
• Questions may be sent via eBays' email link.
• Questions for items may not be answered if received less than 36 hours prior the auction end.
