Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period,
Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt - If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives via email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA.
- Warranty period: Default 90 days warranty (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages.
- Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
