How do I get my total? How do I combine my purchases, combine my shipping, and make one payment?

- You will be taken to our checkout page where all your purchases will be combined and a link provided for Paypal, or you can pay by credit card.
- You will also be given our mailing address to use for other forms of payment.
How is shipping computed on multiple items, exactly?
- First, our system determines whether you are in the U.S., Canada, or an International delivery zone. Then our system calculates shipping for multiple items in the following way:
- The "first item" shipping rate is charged on the single item that is most expensive to ship. Then all other items are each charged at the "additional item" fee in order of their cost to ship. In this way we get a pretty accurate total for USPS.

- Your package is usually shipped within two business days of cleared payment. You will receive email notification of shipment.
- US shipments are via US Postal Service 1st Class and Priority, with estimated 2-5 day delivery after date of shipment.
- International shipments are via US Postal Service Global Priority or 1st Class Air (please note that while estimated delivery dates are 5-10 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate).
RETURNS
- Please contact us using eBay's "Contact Seller" function within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. Prior authorization and an RA# are necessary for processing your return.
- There is a 15% chargeback for the return of any undamaged item in resellable condition, to cover the cost of Ebay fees.
PAYMENT

- You can wait until you are all done shopping, and then pay all together at the end to save on shipping (within a 7 day period)
