To avoid spam please email us using the "Ask Seller A Question" eBay link on top of this auction. Please also make sure your reply email address is a valid one or respond emails will not be sent. We receive a lot of miscommunication due to invalid auction ID or invalid reply email addresses. We usually respond to our emails within 24 business hours Monday thru Friday only.

An email will be sent as soon as package is process for shipment or you can check our real time order status page. Please allow 24 business hours for orders to show up in our system. 

Multiple auction bidders / Combining Orders:

Combine shipping is applied to auctions listed under this eBay seller account only. Combine shipping fee is US$1 off s/h for each additional auction won (this offer only applied if you follow our checkout instructions, NO EXCEPTIONS). You must use the checkout to combine orders. Our payment system will automatically combine all your winning bids and appropriate shipping fee. Please checkout only after all your auctions has ended. You are only allowed to checkout once. Once checkout is completed, you are not able to combine additional auctions.

 

Terms of Sale:

• No cancellation of order(s) accepted. Once auction is closed and you are the winner you must provide payment promptly.
• No substitution order(s) accepted. Meaning if you won an auction for a particular SKU we cannot change it to a different SKU after.
• Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product.
• We are no responsible for lost or damaged item(s) during shipping if no insurance was purchased.
• Orders that are returned back to us due to wrong or incomplete address are subject to additional shipping charges before a second shipment is issued.
• If you refused the order during delivery no refunds will be issued and additional shipping/handling will apply to reship package.

Order Support

• Wrong Item(s) Received: If you feel you have received wrong item(s) please email us and specify items received by any model number attached to item. Once confirmed we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
• Missing Item(s): If you feel something is missing from your order please let us know so we may double check our logs for confirmation. Please clearly specify which item or sku is missing. Once confirmed we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
• Defective Item(s) or Dead On Arrival: If you feel you received defective item(s) please email us and specify clearly which sku and a brief summary of issue. Once confirmed we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
• All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipment.

Returns

• Only EXCHANGE will be provided within 14 days after auctions ended. No refunds will be issued. No exceptions. Exchange orders are subject to additional shipping/handling fees.
• Only item(s) with original packaging may be returned.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Customers will be responsible for return shipment.
• To obtain an RMA number, please contact us via Email with the auction ID and issue.
