BY BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW.  BY BIDDING ON AND/OR WINNING THIS AUCTION, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND AGREE WITH ALL TERMS OF THIS AUCTION!

• Payment must be made within 3 days of auction close. Serious bidders only!  If you cannot pay, please DO NOT bid!

• PayPal is the ONLY accepted form of payment. No checks, money orders, etc.
• If you are not registered and do not have a verified address with PayPal DO NOT bid on our auctions
• Payment is required within 3 days of auction close. If payment is not received a NPB report will be filed and you will be added to the Blocked Bidders List.
• You MUST have at least 10 positive feedbacks to bid on our auctions. If you do not meet this requirement you must email me before bidding.  If you do not contact me, your bid WILL be canceled without notification.
• Seller has the right to cancel bids and block bidders with less than 10 positive feedbacks, negative feedback, or any other circumstance seller deems reasonable.
• We ship within the United States ONLY! Shipping is USPS Priority unless otherwise stated. (Larger items ship via UPS and will be indicated within the auction). Shipping costs and methods are NON-NEGOTIABLE!  If you are not comfortable with shipping cost and/or method, DO NOT BID!
• Seller reserves the right to change shipping method provided that it will benefit the buyer.
• Please contact for combined shipping amount if you are interested in multiple auctions.  If you win multiple auctions, please wait for an invoice with correct shipping amount.  Payment for multiple auctions is due within 3 days of the first auction won.
• If you are going to leave negative feedback regarding shipping terms, do not bid on this auction.  By bidding you agree to be satisfied with the shipping terms.  If you are not comfortable, please DO NOT BID!
• All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented
•  Questions that can be answered by reading the auction will not be responded to.
• It is up to you, the buyer, to read the entire auction before bidding. If for any reason you whatsoever do not agree with the auction terms, please DO NOT bid.
• As you see by our feedback we make every effort to satisfy our buyers by providing the highest standard of customer service and prompt shipping.  We are more than happy to leave feedback for buyers once it is left for us!  Please communicate with us BEFORE leaving negative feedback.
