This is a SAM 1000 Signal Analysis Meter. The SAM 1000 is used to measure gain in Television Channels. It is most frequently used in CATV applications. This unit is in very good working condition. It does have some normal wear on it but is well maintained. The keypad works without any problems. Both lens have very few scratches. The unit still powers up without being on the chager for months. The charger is included with the unit. It has been several months since we have used this unit but it was working with no problems the last we used it. The Item is sold AS-IS, NO RESERVE
